These Terms govern your use of the Cashout Arcade app and website. By using them you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Entertainment only
Cashout Arcade is a social casino game for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling and no real-money prizes. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cashout Arcade. By continuing past the age gate you confirm that you are. We may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information, and the app may not be available in every region.
Virtual coins
Coins are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash or prizes, sold, exchanged, or transferred or gifted to other players. When you buy coins you are paying for a limited licence to use them in the game; you don’t own them and they have no value outside the app. Coins may be adjusted or removed if we find abuse, errors or a breach of these Terms.
Purchases & subscriptions
Coin packs, the Piggy Bank and Club Pass are optional in-app purchases billed by Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies — to request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Club Pass ($9.99 per month or $59.99 per year; prices may vary by region) is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your Cashout Arcade account does not cancel a subscription.
If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore purchases in Settings or the Shop to restore your Club Pass.
Fair play
Game outcomes and balances are determined on our servers. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, scripts or modified apps, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another player’s account. We may correct balances or results affected by errors or abuse.
Responsible play
Spend limits and take-a-break tools are available in the app under Settings. If gaming stops being fun, please take a break and seek support — see our responsible-play help.
Your account
Your account is created automatically and may be linked to Sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for activity on your device and account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account; deletion is permanent and forfeits any remaining coins and unused benefits without refund.
Our content
The app, its games, artwork, sounds and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from them, except as the law allows.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You can stop using the app at any time and may delete your account in the app.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Cashout Arcade after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@cashoutarcade.com or see Settings → Contact support in the app.
