Who we are
Cashout Arcade (“we”, “us”) operates the Cashout Arcade iOS app and this website, cashoutarcade.com. Cashout Arcade is a social casino game for adults aged 18 and over. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
| What | Details |
|---|---|
| Account identifier | An anonymous account ID created when you first open the app. You don’t need to give us a name or email to play. |
| Sign in with Apple (optional) | If you choose to link your account, the email address or private relay address and Apple account identifier that Apple provides. |
| Gameplay & account activity | Rounds played, wagers and results (in virtual coins), coin balance and ledger, level, XP, VIP points and tier, missions, bonuses claimed, and your settings. |
| Purchase information | Product purchased, transaction identifiers and timestamps from Apple and RevenueCat. We never receive your card number or other payment details — Apple handles payment. |
| Responsible-play settings | Your monthly spend limit and any take-a-break period you set. |
| Device & diagnostics | Device model, iOS version, app version, language, crash and performance information, and your IP address as it reaches our service providers. |
| Advertising data | Free players may be shown ads. Our ad provider, Google AdMob, may receive device and ad-interaction information needed to deliver and measure ads (see Advertising). |
| Support messages | Anything you send to support@cashoutarcade.com, including your email address and the content of your message. |
The website itself does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run the game, keep your coin balance accurate and secure, and decide game outcomes on our servers.
- To process purchases and subscriptions through Apple and RevenueCat, and to restore them on request.
- To show ads to free players through Google AdMob and to reward optional ad views.
- To enforce your spend limit and take-a-break settings.
- To prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and to keep the service secure.
- To diagnose problems, improve the app and answer support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed:
- Supabase — database, authentication and server functions that store your account and game data.
- Apple — payments, App Store services and Sign in with Apple.
- RevenueCat — validates and manages purchases and subscriptions.
- Google AdMob — serves and measures ads shown to free players.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and routes email sent to our support address.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Advertising
Free players may see ads served by Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads only, so the app does not ask to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. You can further limit ad personalization at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. Club Pass subscribers don’t see interstitial ads.
Retention & deletion
We keep your account and game data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion is permanent: your profile, rounds, ledger, purchase records, missions and settings are erased from our database.
Records held by third parties — for example Apple’s purchase history, or RevenueCat’s customer record — are subject to those companies’ own retention policies. Contact us and we will help you submit a deletion request to them. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your data yourself in the app, or email support@cashoutarcade.com to make any privacy request. We’ll respond within the time required by law and won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you’re in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Cashout Arcade is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We ask for age confirmation when you first open the app. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the account.
Security
Game outcomes and balances are handled on our servers, and access to your data is restricted by account-level security rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to fix problems promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by another suitable method.
