Delete your account and data

You can delete your Cashout Arcade account whenever you like. Here is how.

Option 1: delete in the app

  1. Open Cashout Arcade and tap Profile, then Settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Option 2: ask us by email

Can’t open the app, or lost access to your device? Email support@cashoutarcade.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include your Player ID (shown at the bottom of Settings) or the email address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm it’s really you before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details, including any Apple relay email linked to it.
  • Your profile, level, XP and VIP status.
  • Your rounds, coin ledger, bonuses, missions and settings (including spend limit and break timers).
  • Your purchase records in our database.

What we may keep

Short-lived service logs expire on their own schedule, and a minimum of information may be kept where needed for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are controlled by those companies and are not deleted by us — contact us and we’ll help you request deletion from them. See the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Club Pass is billed by Apple. Cancel it first in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or see how to cancel.

Account deletion is permanent. Remaining coins and progress cannot be restored afterwards.
